Bug Report - Frequently Asked Questions
- Repeated Data Downloads (iOS Devices)
-
On iOS, temporary files and cached data may be automatically deleted when your device is running low on storage.
Since Obey Me! Till Death Do Us Part stores images and videos in the device cache, deleting these files can cause data to be downloaded again.
Freeing up storage space on your device may reduce how often these downloads occur. Please try clearing as much space as possible.
- When the App Becomes Unstable (Slow, Freezes, or Crashes)
-
If the app becomes unstable—such as running slowly, freezing, or force-closing—it may be caused by your device’s network connection or system load.
Please try the following steps to see if the issue improves.
▼ Check Your Device
・Make sure your device meets the recommended system requirements (OS version, specs).
・Restart the device you’re using to play Obey Me! Till Death Do Us Part.
・Close all other running apps and launch only Obey Me! Till Death Do Us Part.
▼ Check Your Network
・Make sure your data is not being throttled.
・Turn Wi-Fi off once, then back on again to reconnect.
・Try switching between Wi-Fi, 4G(LTE), and 5G.
・Switch to a different Wi-Fi network if possible.
※ The app may not run properly in crowded areas or while moving, where network speed can be limited.
▼ Review Your Data & Storage
・Delete unused apps or files to free up device storage.
・Clear cache from the title screen (Menu at top right).
・Or clear cache from the home screen: Menu (=) > Options.
If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact us via Inquiries at the bottom of this page.
